The Investment Fund Working Party were responsible for the setting up and management of the new investment fund prior to SCEIF becoming incorporated on 8 August 1989. Following that the fund was managed by the SCEIF Board of Directors.

The members mailings included CBS and CBSN newsletters, reports, and leaflets from other associated organisations. Mailings from November 1995 - December 1997 were filed in left-over 1995 convention folders.

This sub-series consists of 2 files:

When CBS was first set up the work was overseen by the Steering Group. This was later replaced by a Board of Management.

Board of Management and Directors' meetings of CBS and CBSN

This sub-series consists of 20 files:

and a file for each subsequent year until

When CBS was first set up the work was overseen by a Steering Group. This was later replaced by a Board of Management. Minutes of meetings of the Steering Group/Board of Management between 1982-1984 have not been retained. Incomplete papers of Board of Directors' meetings from July 1999 to February 2007 can be found in the CBSN Company Secretary's file. In September 1987 CBS was incorporated as a limited company and the Board of Management was replaced by a Board of Directors. The constitution changed again in August 1999 when CBS became CBSN and a new Board of Directors was elected.

Financial records of CBSN Services for year 2009/2010

This sub-series consists of 3 files:

  • Payments by CBSN Services, 2009-2010
  • Receipts and paid CBSN Services invoices, 2009-2010
  • Statements for CBSN Services bank account, 2009-2010

CBSN Services provided training, presentations, consultancy, social audits and other services for which VAT was charged. Profits from CBSN Services were used to provide donations for the operation of CBSN charity and its charitable projects.
