Matriculation cards were completed for each student registering at the College. Details in the cards include student name; address; date of entry; result; and some cards include, school results; religion; photograph and teacher's comments. Blue cards were used for the higher level courses including Group I to III diplomas in Domestic Science, High Class Cookery and Home Economics. Yellow cards were used for the certificate courses except between 1945-1946 when some certificate course students were registered on blue cards. Dietetic diploma students were registered mostly on blue cards but from 1936-1946 some were recorded on yellow cards.
