This collection is part of the Social Enterprise Collection Scotland. The collection includes Open Aye's social enterprise photographs and marketing materials dating from 2009, when Becky Duncan was first commissioned to document Scottish social enterprises. Colour photograph representing Southside Housing Association, a registered social landlord providing over 2000 homes in Glasgow's southside. They aim to ensure their homes are popular and affordable, placing a strong emphasis on community engagement and participation.
Colour photograph representing Scallops Direct who process scallops caught by local fishermen, employing local people and reintroducing a traditional industry to the town of Annan in Dumfriesshire.
Photobook with introduction and images of the photographs of social enterprises across Scotland shown in the exhibition. The book contains all the images listed within the file. Six examples of these images have been provided at item level.
Colour photograph representing Kibble Education and Care Centre, Paisley. Kibble provides specialist services to children and young people affected by adversity or trauma. They provide residential care, secure care, fostering services, education facilities, employability schemes and outreach services within the Renfrewshire region.

These images represent a selection of photos of Scottish social enterprises taken by Becky Duncan from 2009-2018. They were collated for the 'Ten years of social enterprise work' exhibition for Social Enterprise World Forum in Edinburgh on 12-14 September 2018, supported by Community Enterprise in Scotland (CEiS). The photobook was created to accompany the exhibition. Some of the photographs were commissioned directly by the featured organisation for their communications materials, others requested by social enterprise support agencies such as Firstport, Social Enterprise Scotland, Community Enterprise, Social Enterprise Networks and various funders. Six examples of these digital images have been provided at item level.
